try not to stress him, get some tetracycline, it is an antibiotic for fish, any fish supply, a little salt to the water will help heal also, and I do mean a little.

how did your cat get at him in the first place? anyways there aren't any medications you can really use for wounds, he should be able to heal on his own. make sure your tank is clean, otherwise the punctures might get infected and you might want to add some stress relievers into the tank. and get a cover for your tank, or put it somewhere out of your cat's reach ~.^

I don't think they have a way to relieve pain in fish without flushing them or just letting them pass away.

I am sorry to hear about your fish tho

Cats and open water tanks/bowls, not a good thing. I would get a cover for the tank/bowl as soon as you can, or else, your betta will be lunch next, sadly to say. Let him heal on his own. Just keep an eye on him.

It must stand the pain, and heal on its own, you can try melafix its a natural medicine. otherwise you can painlessly put a fish to sleep ( painless death..) by putting him in a little bowl..and putting him in the freezer for a few minutes...

keep his water warm. Don't use bettafix or any of that junk, he'll heal on his own. You might try adding a little aquarium salt though
