KoKo KiTTy asked:

I have 3 beta fish in my aquarium. I’d like to get a 4th..

How would I introduce her to the other 3 without them fighting or ganging up on her?

The other 3 I got at the same time.

if you have two tanks you could put the three in one and put the new one in the Original tank then let her get use to it for i say 3-4 days and put the old betta fish in.

They probably won’t. Just put her in, and check on her to see if they are injuring her. Odds are, they will be all fine, but take her out if that happens.

Place a lantern globe or other glass container open at both ends, in the tank and place her in that. Watch for a while, and if the others aren’t trying to attack her, it should be okay to release her. Ensure there are hiding places available just in case.

You need to completely rearrange all decor in the tank to break up territories and then try and add her, she will join the battle over new territories. There will be some chasing and nipping, but if it gets out of hand she will have to be removed.
