i looked up some diseases and it sounded like it could have Dropsy or .. some kind of bladder infection or something.
what do u think?

my parents feed both of the fishes different foods like everyday could it be something to do with that too?
the fish can swim fast but when it stops it floats to the top.
and even when it swims it looks like it has to force itself down to swim.
